The hotel is ideally located, just steps away from the city center and the harbor, in a quiet and convenient residential area. The rooms are clean, modern, and comfortable, providing a great place to relax. The staff are incredibly welcoming and helpful, offering valuable tips and assistance, making the stay memorable. However, the rooms tend to get very hot during the day, which can be a bit uncomfortable.

I had an amazing time at the hotel! The room had a perfect view of both the city and the sea, which I loved. Despite the room not being ready when I arrived, everything was great once settled, except for the dining room experience. The hotel staff were incredibly helpful and looked after our bike boxes while we were on tour.

However, the hotel's service was top-notch, with very helpful and accommodating staff, albeit the noise from aircrafts flying near the hotel. The location was convenient for exploring Crete, being central to the port and airport, although a bit far from the new bus station.
